Mr. Saurabh Mishra is a very knowledgeable and promising assistant yoga instructor. In spite of his young age, he interacts easily with foreign students who draw inspiration from his deep knowledge of yoga.
Education
Master in Yoga and Meditation from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Uttarakhand, India.
Experience
Since his childhood he has been surrounded by a spiritual and cultural atmosphere conducive to such personal development. After a surgery of Appendix in 2015 he was advised to focus on practical yoga rather than only theory. Since then he has been dedicating his life to yoga.
