Mrs. Pooja Arya is specialized in yogadarshan (yoga philosophy). Her educational background is deeply enrooted into traditional Indian Culture. She has spent 10 years under the guidance of yoga masters while following studies in the Gurukul tradition.
Education
- Master in Philosophy from Delhi University, Delhi, India.
- Diploma in accupressure.
Experience
Mrs. Pooja Arya has 11 years of multi-faceted experience in both yoga philosophy and practice. She has started her field career working with several specialized institutions.
She is working as a yoga Acharya in MCL Saraswati Bal Mandir Sr. Secondary School.
